INTRODUCTION
Henan, abbreviated as Yu, is located in the central-eastern part of China, in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River. It covers an area of approximately 167,000 square kilometers and has a permanent population of about 98.72 million (2023 data). It is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization.
